Your Next Opportunity:

As the Office Admin, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and providing admin assistance to our team members and clients. This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace, and contribute to the provision of our services to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic IT services company and play a vital role in our growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to day Office Administrative duties
  • Ensure office cleanliness and office supplies to ensure a functional, happy and efficient work environment.
  • Greet visitors and attends to their needs
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and employees, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, travel and maintaining records.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries, correspondence, and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Coordinate and organize office events, annual party, meetings to promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Ensure our internal stock inventory level is maintained and customer billing records updated
  • Coordinate the ordering, delivery & tracking and all equipment sales
  • Coordinate with our suppliers for product or warranty returns
  • Reconcile supplier invoices and enter into our internal systems
  • Order & maintain our customer software licensing

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Self motivated / Self starter
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Fast Learner and to be able to work independently
