Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen partnerships with key clients, focusing on Coles and Woolworths, to maximise sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements to optimise profitability and maintain positive long-term relationships.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.
The Successful Applicant
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, specifically managing accounts with Coles or Woolworths.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, with a focus on supermarket retail.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts and ideas.
