A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Key Account Manager within our Maritime business, to join our corporate team.
The Key Account Manager for Maritime will represent all Thales Australia interests across our efforts in the maritime segment of markets.

YOUR ROLE
Working from our Sydney HQ, Sydney Olympic Park, on Wann-gal land, your role purpose will be:
- Enable and drive key growth opportunities in the above and underwater systems businesses through insights, influence and relationships across the maritime sector, particularly across the ADF
- Support the positioning of maritime offerings to align with the expectations of government, prioritisation of emerging opportunities and assist the realisation of relevant capability in conjunction with the business lines
- Position the brand as a thought leader, credible sectoral voice and prominent position in relevant industry and maritime sector associations.
- Establish and maintain industry coalitions to partner across the industrial base on specific campaigns.
- Provide strategic advice to ELT members on areas of specialisation and support and enable engagement with and for Thales strategic advisory board members.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Previous National Security or ADF service with deep knowledge and experience of maritime capability
- Understanding of AUKUS Pillar opportunities and experience with maritime autonomy, ISR and Strike
- Demonstrated issues management capability, particularly in interfacing with communications and senior leadership
- Established relationships across government and navy, with an ability to leverage and enhance Thales' and ELT profile and influence in that sector
- Hold NV2 Australian Government Security clearance
