Job Summary
We are looking for a motivational Key Account Manager/ Distributor Account Manager NSW, a hybrid role that combines both the management and development of Chain and CPU accounts, and the management of a select group of Distributors accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and deliver strategic Integrated Business Plans.
Role Responsibilities
Distributor Account Manager (50% of the role)
Manage and grow a defined list of approx. 20-25 distributors in the state/s
Formulate and implement account plans and strategies to achieve financial budgets in nominated distributors
Maintain and grow Unilever Food Solutions Top 10 strategic and other product ranging
Liaise and provide feedback to State Sales Lead in regard to market activity and compile reports as requested
Work closely with DSRs in training and educating them in the Unilever Food Solutions range and activations by conducting regular demonstrations/presentations
Ensure all national promotional activities are executed and driven at branch level
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Distributors where applicable
Attend all UFS selling skills and chefmanship training sessions
Involvement in trade shows where applicable
Key Account Manager (50% of the role)
Manage and grow a defined list of minimum 20 Key Accounts in the state/s Effective Planning of CTM (Chain Targeting Model) and Win & Retain Plans
Developing, agreeing, and implementing business development strategies, regular client business reviews, price negotiations and overall account management
Effectively manage Key Account trading terms and monitor growth plans
Develop and co-ordinate product promotional initiatives to grow Key Account business
Where appropriate, develop and manage customised solutions and concepts
Ensure all the management reports for measuring and reporting business performance are integrated, accurate, reliable and on time
Provide financial and non-financial information to facilitate timely and accurate decisions making on business operations
Undertake necessary activity with customers and distributors including trade shows, demonstrations, product launch events etc.

Does this sound like You
University graduate preferred in Sales & Marketing
5 years’ experience in frontline sales, with 3 years minimum experience as a Key/State/National Account Manager
Broad knowledge in foodservice and catering business preferred but not essential
