The roleAs part of our Land & Aerospace group, the Support Coordinator will be responsible for the management of the GBADR facilities and test sites, the upkeep of GBADR and Land groups SCA's, the management of the Sub Contractors supply support contracts and ensure the correct resources are available to support the Technical Teams, when required.Further, the successful candidate will:Management of the GBADR CAVAN Facility: Ensure the facility is fit for purposeEnsure all warehousing and required MHE is fit for purposeEnsure the GBADR Workshop is maintained and all tooling is fit for purposeManage and maintain all WHS equipmentLiaison with Supashock facility managerManagement of the M7 Land Test Site: General upkeep of the facilityControl of sensitive itemsGBADR and Land SCA's: Take control and responsibility of the GBADR and Land SCA's, Including the ADF GBAD capabilityEnsure all systems are stored and maintainedManage movement of systems into and out of the military supply chainWork closely with defence opposite number to ensure the defence logistic system is updated and accurately reflects locations and capability state at all timesManagement of the Supply Support contract: Interface with sub-contractors supply teamsManage all demands, receipts and returnsMange all freight, logistics and export/import of goodsManage all holdings in IFS and where required updates to the defence logistics system About youYour skills and experience will include:Proven problem solving abilityProven experience in facility management and management of sub-contractors and suppliersGood oral and written communication skillsProven adherence to Safe Work PracticesKnowledge of store and warehousing operationsComputer proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft office toolsAs Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
