- Provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to the Banking and Finance team;
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence;
- Assist with the preparation and management of case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and maintained;
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members;
- Liaise with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up;
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support case preparation;
- Assist with the preparation of financial transactions and documentation;
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism; and
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant admin/PA experience;
- Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills;
- Advanced organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise effectively to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines; and
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
