The company:
This law firm is known as one of Queensland's (and Australia's) premier firms.  Due to continued growth within this firm, there are multiple new Legal Personal Assistant positions within their construction, property and corporate practice groups.

About the opportunity:
You will work closely with authors and Partners within the team, as well as having the support of the administrative team. Your day to day will include:

• drafting and preparing legal correspondence;
• preparation of legal briefs;
• file openings and archiving;
• preparation of monthly billing and trust account receipting; and
• general administration, liaising with clients and diary management.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have: 

• experience with monthly billing in a similar role (administration, PA or EA);
• excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills and administration experience;
• ability to work as a team and autonomously to manage your own workload; and
• a passion for customer service and strong client relationship skills as this role will see you as a key client contact.
