About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to work with two of our professional staff in our expanding property division. Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with general file, diary and email management;
- Drafting correspondence;
- Preparation of monthly client billing;
- Conducting searches and enquires; and
- Perform ancillary tasks on an ad hoc basis.
About you:
- 2+ years' experience in the legal industry;
- High attention to detail, proactive, tech-savvy and a team player;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe; and
- Experience with Titles Office forms would be advantageous.
