Letting Clerk/ Administrative Assistant
Harcourts The Property People in Campbelltown are seeking a full time Letting Clerk/ Administrative Assistant to join their award-winning team.
This person will primarily be the front face of our clients' rental property inspections, showing potential tenants through properties, gathering detail, administering applications and other duties as required. Days required are Tuesday to Saturday.
This position would suit a person who wishes to learn and grow into our property management department.
Applying candidates should enjoy a busy and dynamic office.
Essential criteria:
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.
- Car licence.
- Excellent computer skills on Microsoft programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- Great people skills.
- Advanced organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively work as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Experience in a real estate office.
- Property Management systems knowledge.
