Position Overview:
A unique Perth-based managed services company has filled a niche in the rapidly growing IT industry. They have grown as a leader in offering several IT & Cyber Security Solutions to small, medium, and corporate businesses in a wide range of industry sectors. As an L1 Engineer, you will be closely supporting a friendly customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented IT Engineer with 6-12 months' experience, looking for progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients both remotely and on-site.
- Resolve network, workstation, server, and M365 issues.
- Handle hardware break-fix, rollouts, and setups.
- Install, update, and maintain applications.
- Assist in diagnosing connectivity problems.
- Create and update documentation.
- Promote and enforce best Cyber Security practices.
Role Requirements:
- 12 months' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with M365 & MS Exchange.
- Experience with Active Directory & Group Policy.
- Experience with Virtualization.
- Experience with VOIP System (3CX & 8x8).
- Experience with Hardware (setup, configuration, audit).
