Level 2 Support Engineer

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages with efficiency
• Update systems with new releases and patches
• Provide IT Support Level 2 & some Level 3 support
• Support and maintain clients' computer systems'

• 2 years of IT systems/administrator experience
• Proven experience in IT support
• Experience in networks (LAN, WAN), server and networking skills
• IT Support Troubleshooting - Office 365, AD, AzureAD
• Networking knowledge

• Fortnightly lunch
• Quarterly outings 
• Opportunities for interstate and overseas travel
• Vendor events
• Training and development
