The role
We currently have an opportunity for a career minded, full time Senior Personal Assistant seeking a dynamic role. The stand out candidate will be committed to providing exceptional 1:1 support to the Director of our Litigation Department.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting of court documents and correspondence
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Dicta-typing
- File management (both electronic and hard copy)
- Time recording, billing and account management
- General administrative duties including scanning, filing, copying and printing
- Answering and directing calls from clients and stakeholders
- Preparation of management communications, documents and correspondence
Skills and Experience
- Experience as a litigation legal secretary
- Sound skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team and display initiative
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Rigorous attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
- Exemplary client and practitioner management skills
