About the Opportunity:
As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for various inbound and outbound logistics activities including supplier management, supplier performance reviews, freight tracking, and vendor escalations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring trade compliance and analysing freight data, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's logistics operations.
Duties:
- Conduct LSP business reviews
- Perform operations performance reviews
- Track and reclassify monthly freight
- Manage inbound and outbound KPIs
- Audit freight invoices
- Ensure trade compliance
- Analyse freight data
- Prioritise inbound shipments for 3PL
- Handle vendor escalations
- Continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives.
- Experience managing logistics functions including international trade and 3PL management.
- Experience working within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
