SalaryRandstad are excited to be partnering with a nationwide established brand really well-known within its industry. Our client provides solutions for records management, data backup and recovery, secure shredding and data centers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a can-do attitude to support their team. You will provide exceptional Customer Service to new and pre-existing customers Monday to Friday.
Hours are 8:00am -4:00 pm
About the Role:
- Direct contact with drivers
- Enter drivers run in the system
- Problem solving
- Scheduling jobs in the internal booking system
- Achieving daily KPI’s
- Data entry
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- You thrive in a fast paced environment
- Confident at multitasking
- Experience with scheduling
- Fun, adaptable and open to new experiences.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding your KPI’s and excellent attention to detail will also be highly desirable for this role.
As part of the customer care team, you will be looking after any client who has interest in their services and other administrative tasks that are presented on a daily basis.
Access to the job is convenient with onsite parking available to you.
