As the Maintenance Coordinator, your primary responsibility will involve serving as the pivotal link between the planning team and the engineering workforce. This role focuses on overseeing overnight scheduled maintenance and the management of incoming defects for Line Maintenance within the context of Regional Engineering. Your contributions will entail aiding a team of supervisors and Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers/Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAMEs/AMEs) in planning and coordinating day-to-day and short-term events. This collaboration will be in conjunction with Duty Maintenance Planners within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) and the technical desk.Your aim will be to ensure the achievement of targets and the seamless delivery of services within set timelines (DIFOT - Delivery in Full on Time). This includes upholding the accountabilities outlined in Service Level Agreements while maintaining the integrity of the operational schedule.
You'll have -
Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Degree qualified in asset management, planning/project management, or,AME qualified/LAME qualified
Experience in data entry and Microsoft office (word, excel)
Experience with TRAX (desirable)
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent team coordination and collaboration
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure / good stress management.
Ability to prioritise workload / good time management
