To continue driving improvements to supply their customers with products of the highest quality they are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the day shift at their site approx. 1 hour North of Adelaide. Reporting into the Maintenance Manager your responsibilities will include;
- Ensure smooth operation of the plant and ensuring the maintenance plan is adhere to
- Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance support to ensure plant has minimal lost time due to mechanical failures/faults.
- Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring all workplace incidents and hazards are reported immediately
- Prepare regular reports on status of maintenance activities around the site.
- Assist in problem solving and repairs
Your background
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:
- Prior maintenance experience within a fast-paced manufacturing facility
- Knowledge of equipment such as boiler and refrigeration systems
- You will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities.
