We have become over the past 30 years one of the most highly regarded jewellery suppliers in Australia, with offices and manufacturing facilities in Adelaide and Bangkok. We supply retail stores throughout Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
We are seeking a qualified or near qualified Accountant to manage the Australian operation and join our team in Adelaide.

- A professional accountant who can undertake the accounting function for a complex business in a fascinating industry,
- Be experienced in all MS office products,
- Be a vital member of a small management team,
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the Managing Director.
To be successful for this position your duties will include:
- Processing accounting entries to Microsoft Navision and Payroll to MYOB Account Right Cloud,
- Be experienced in Foreign currency transactions and monitor moving trends,
- Preparation of the EDI files of sales to buying groups,
- Regular review of Cash Flow,
- Accounts Receivable Reconciliation to the Ledger,
- Provide Monthly Sales Report,
- Follow up Slow Payers and Debt collection,
- Manage the opening of new accounts and check trade references,
- Reconcile Bank and Credit Card accounts,
- Review and report on inventory levels,
- Record accounts payable and make payments to Vendors in accordance with trading terms,
- Accounts Payable Reconciliation,
- Processing Payroll and
- associated payroll duties with respect to single touch payroll for reporting of wages, PAYG Withholding tax and Superannuation,
- maintain Human Resource records,
- ensure compliance with Awards and ATO Income Tax rates,
- Petty Cash and Till reconciliation,
- Update Fixed Asset register,
- Complete the Instalment Activity Statements as required,
- Complete the Business Activity Statement at the end of each quarter,
- Prepare Financial Statements at the end of each month,
- Scan and manage filing of financial documents,
- Other administration matters as required by the Director.
