The Role:
This organisation is seeking a Management Accountant/Financial Analyst to join their finance team. Reporting to the Manager - Business Partnering, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, managing budgets, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure the financial sustainability and success of the organisation. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights on profitability and margins
- Run the budgeting and forecasting process
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Monitor budget variances and identify areas of concern or opportunity
- Continuously review and streamline financial processes
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Business Partner
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems with strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with management reporting, budgeting and forecasts
