You will be reporting into a longstanding & supportive Financial Controller
Description
- Management Accounts preparation and delivering insightful commentary to support the Management team in commercial decision making
- Leading the budgeting & forecasting process for the group
- Managing the transactional Finance Team, ensuring invoices are processed in a timely & accurate manner and ensuring the team remains supported & working hard
- Working closely with Operations & Sales teams to ensure commercial activities are being driven to the highest possible standard
- Driving changes & improvements to the finance processes, systems and ways of working, bringing a positive and educated change to the existing processes
- Supporting the wider Finance Team - getting involved in month end & statutory reporting when required to support the team
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- A recognised accounting qualification, or a relevant level of experience in relevant areas
- Experience managing a team - ideally of three or more staff
- Experience producing quality management reporting information
- Exposure using different, complex accounting systems
Job Offer
