People Operations Manager plays a critical role by:
- Working as a change agent through an exciting period of HR transformation and tech investment
- Overseeing the People Direct team to ensure a seamless end to end people service delivery experience.
- Expanding the HR advisory capability in the team
How are you extraordinary?You are passionate about leveraging technology (ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors) to drive a great customer experience.You build strong relationships and work collaboratively with your team, P&I COEs, Business Partners, Finance and other stakeholders.You have experience as the
People Operations lead on strategic HR programs.You are a systems thinker and use HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.You jump on the tools as necessary to resolve more complex or escalated queries.
