Job Description
As Senior Product Management Private Services at Publicis Sapient, you act as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring the implementation of solutions in complex corporate environments. You understand your clients' business and work closely with them to steer extensive Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements and deliver continuous value with rapid increment cycles.
You assemble teams with different capabilities such as Strategy, Experience, Engineering, and Data. You guide them in creating proposals and present corresponding offerings to the market. Customer focus is always a priority.
Together with your team, you develop project deliverables, including effort estimations, plans, risk assessments, and ensure project progress tracking.
You create a positive team environment and culture through coaching and fostering individual development and performance standards.
You ensure your team's focus on results and have the expertise to make these results measurable.
Qualifications
- You have 6+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge in Product Management across one or many industries in the Private Sector, including Retail, FMCG, Transportation, etc.
- You have proven expertise in delivering complex consulting projects, where you have led agile teams on a large scale.
- You have demonstrated success in working with senior clients and stakeholders, providing advisory on Product Strategies, creating Product Roadmaps and prioritisation methods and techniques.
- You have deep experience in business analysis, business change and documenting requirements to produce specifications for any new or change to technology and business solutions.
- You have deep experience leading cross functional teams from the capacity of a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
- Structured problem-solving skills and logical thinking, as well as the ability to develop new ideas and conceive new approaches and solutions.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals with a continuous focus on personal and professional learning and growth.
- Deep experience in delivering eCommerce and digital business solutions.
- Strong experience across various customer facing technologies.
- Deep understanding of business processes and innerworkings of one or more industries in the Private Sector
