The role
Reporting to the Director, Organistional Development, Change and Inclusion, you will be at the forefront of shaping learning governance and development for the Department of Health. You will manage and lead the development and implementation of learning, Talent Development strategies and collaborate with leaders to instil a culture of continuous learning. Furthermore, you will provide strategic level expert advice on the management, coordination and integration of the Department of Health workforce planning, design, development and strategic human resource management that is orientated to addressing the demands of the future.
The successful person
You will have:
- A strong passion and a track record of success in strengthening learning systems and governance for optimal workforce development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various key stakeholders and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
