Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing and administration co-ordinator to join our team. You will have a high level of attention-to-detail, take pride in what you deliver, have a strong desire to connect with target audiences and enjoy the challenge of making sure your marketing activities are delivering value. The successful applicant will work both the sales & rentals teams as well as our current support team and will be responsible for all property and agency marketing. Duties include creating and managing digital and print marketing collateral, managing the company social media whilst adhering to our branding guidelines.
An equal focus on the administration side of the business will be part of the role entailing data entry and organising filing into our business systems, management of some accounts payable functions for marketing suppliers & general administration responsibilities around the office. This position will include up to 5 days a week with on-site training and support to the highest standard.
Duties:
Co-ordinating property marketing (photography, videography, text, brochures etc)
Create, develop, implement, and manage:
Property and company marketing campaigns
EDM material (newsletters)
Social media content (Instagram, Facebook and YouTube)
Manage company website and online presence
General administration duties within team
The successful applicant will possess:
Excellent time management skills with strong organisational skills
Take pride in the work you deliver and have a high level of attention-to-detail
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to tailor communications to required audiences
Requirements:
Previous real estate experience in either administration or marketing
Not required but desired:
Experience working with Canva online designer
Experience working with XERO HR/Accounting system
Experience working in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat)
