About the Opportunity

We have a fantastic career development opportunity to join a close knit marketing team working on some of the largest Victorian and South Australian residential development projects. The Marketing Assistant will provide marketing support to the marketing team and will be exposed to sophisticated systems and platforms, with lots of opportunity for growth and development.

Some responsibilities will include:

• Distribution of Weekly Vendor Reports
• Generation and Distribution of edm metrics from Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Creating and posting on Oliver Hume Social Media Channels
• Auditing and maintaining an inventory list of Oliver Hume marketing collateral and merchandise
• Other Ad hoc Marketing Administration tasks that support the Marketing Team

About You

To be considered, you will:

• Be currently studying your Tertiary Qualifications in Business Marketing or similar
• Available to work on a Monday on a weekly basis
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a dynamic working environment 
• Enthusiasm and appreciation for all things data and digital related
• Understand Social Media posting and its marketing effectiveness
• Be reliable and have a strong work ethic
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude to learn and grow career
