General Manager (TSV)
As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the organisation to new heights. Your strategic acumen and proven leadership abilities will be instrumental in driving business operations, including developing and executing a robust growth strategy to propel the company's local and international market presence.
BID and Tender Officer | Manager (TSV)
We are looking for a BID and Tender Officer | Manager to join our team in the Townsville office. The position will be responsible for identifying and responding to tenders and proposals, managing bid delivery, contract awarding, support the implementation | transition of new services, ensure legal, commercial and compliance checks are in place, accurately record monthly bid volumes, work with all internal counterparts to create compelling and memorable bid documents, which include a clear value proposition and effective win strategies, and support the Managing Director to identify and introduce new business opportunities to drive growth and enhance PlanPac market position and reputation.
Finance Officer (TSV)
We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team in the Townsville office. The position will assist the Financial Controller to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, accounting standards and internal policies and procedures of the business in Australia, PNG and Fiji, including financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
The key responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to:
- Accounts receivable and payable reconciliations and payments
- Develop and maintain robust compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Multiple bank(s) reconciliation and assisting with cashflow reporting.
- General Ledger, intercompany and month-end reconciliations.
- Create and process invoices.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Managing internal and external queries
- Payroll administration
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- Leasing with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining financial records accurately
Project Manager (PNG)
We are looking for an experienced Program| Project Manager to lead the implementation of quality and impactful programs across project in Papua New Guinea. You’ll be involved in all stages of project delivery to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, provide guidance and support, communicate project status, updates and changes to GM and team members regularly, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Architectural Design Manager (PNG)
Due to an increase in project demands, we are seeking an experienced Design Manager for our operation in Papua New Guinea. You will be responsible for leading and managing the development and delivery of all architectural design aspects to ensure that all designs meet the regulatory requirements, are efficient and cost-effective construction of the project.
Key skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field (preferred).
- Australian Registered Architect (preferred).
- 5 years plus of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD, and other 3D modelling software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong team building skills with an ability to mentor and train ambitious designers.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Town Planner (PNG)
We are looking for an experienced Town Planner for our operation in Papua New Guinea. The role involves understanding of statutory, strategic, and land use planning principles to provide practical and expert planning advice to clients and the project team, provide high-quality deliverables including the preparation of planning reports and correspondence, along with excellent communication and client interface skills.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate strong leadership capability, proven relationship building and people management skills, complemented with well-developed communication, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
