About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join the Australia New Zealand Marketing team. Reporting to the ANZ Marketing Manager, this role provides integral support in execution of the brand development and growth strategies.
A typical day in the office could include:
- Assist the team develop, curate and execute creative and engaging marketing activity and strategies for the Norwex Australia and New Zealand brand.
- Work with the marketing team, delivering post-campaign reports, including data analysis and insights around corporate website analytics, EDM campaign analytics and social media insights.
- Liaise with the marketing team, to ensure the delivery of monthly campaigns, photoshoots, and collateral.
- Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance.
- Manage our social media channels, including organic strategies.
- Support the implementation of all brand touch points, such as Social, EDM, Website, Campaigns, Event Collateral and Advertising investment opportunities.

- Confident in coordinating and executing marketing activities.

- Creative mind with superb copywriting skills.
- A content creator who has proven experience managing digital content across all channels.
- Experience working in similar Marketing Coordinator role or marketing agency is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinker who can navigate GA4 and deliver well-structured monthly reporting.
- Proficient in design software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator) Canva, video design software, content management software such as WordPress and all social media platforms. Social scheduling software is not required but will be advantageous.
