We are looking for an experience Marketing Coordinator to join our squad in our Mount Kuring-gai Sales Hub!
The responsibilities are to:
- Identify and implement enhancements for processes, content and lead generation to ensure that all marketing efforts align with immediate and long-term business objectives
- Assist the Sales Management team in developing and assessing marketing strategies by compiling forecasts, setting goals, arranging promotional presentations and updating schedules
- Ensure all customer facing communication channels and assets are current and engaging including website, social media, quote templates and brochures
- Assist in creating and updating internal tools including CRM, trackers and internal communication channels
- Communicate with the sales team in regard to marketing campaigns, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and give instructions for usage and promotion
- Create marketing copy and assets from machinery and technical data, translating information into everyday language with the support of the sales and service team
- Conduct regular research on market trends, customer behaviour and competitor landscape, creating reports by analysing and summarising the data
- Generate marketing activity reports and metrics to evaluate marketing activities
- Organise meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, making contacts, creating schedules and assignments, and managing mailing lists
- Manage the inventory of sales support materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. Coordinate the development of new materials as needed
Required skills and qualifications
- 2 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar
- Traditional and digital marketing skills, content creation, copywriting and social media marketing
- Experience in website maintenance through CMS and customer relationship management tools
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Canva Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Highly desirable skills and qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing in the industrial sector or similar
