Catalpa is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help promote, coordinate and develop it's presence within it's relevant industries.
This is a full time role based at our head office on Kings Park Road.
About the role:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator with relative construction or resource sector experience to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, services, and projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of Catalpa Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote Catalpa Group's services and projects.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information, updates, and success stories for marketing purposes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media advertising, search engine optimisation (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing activities and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist with organizing events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Catalpa Group's brand and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in construction and marketing.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Two plus years of experience in marketing, preferably with prior experience in the construction or resource industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and industry trends is highly desirable.
