Form of workAt MooGoo Skin Care, we make products to provide people with natural solutions to skin problems. We have over 50 products in the range for the whole family including skincare, haircare, sun care, body care, a dental range, and baby range for the little ones.
We're seeking a proactive and organised marketing assistant who will support our growing online team with the implementation and execution of content across websites, email marketing, social media etc. As well as Australia, MooGoo Skin Care also operates across 5 major international markets which means you’ll gain valuable experience working within a brand that reaches beyond borders. You’ll also gain highly transferable skills across e-commerce and various marketing content platforms which will build your industry knowledge immensely! Interest in and an understanding of content and Shopify is a plus, although this will also be an administrative and data management role, with exposure to the creative content side of marketing too.

You will work closely with the Global Digital & eCommerce Manager, Content Leads and Digital Performance Manager to develop and maintain a variety of our social and web channels, including but not limited to blog, eDM management platform, social media accounts, website etc.

- A degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or another related subject.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and can adapt copy across multiple platforms.
- Some experience with email marketing programs, back-end website management and social media is a plus.
- Strong administrative and systematic skills to organise content and keep internal tracking processes up to date.
- Confident in communicating across departments for coordination purposes.
- Work with the team to develop and maintain MooGoo’s memorable brand presence.
- Knowledge or experience in the skincare/cosmetic industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to execute projects on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule across multiple websites and markets.
- Execution and management of content publication across all needed channels and relevant accounts.
- Needs to be a fast learner that can pick up new systems and programs or self-teach new platforms.
- Can foresee and identify possible roadblocks and plan, problem-solve and execute accordingly.
- Razor-sharp attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Ability to brainstorm, collaborate, and offer creative suggestions, then execute them from start to finish.
- Able to work independently and proactively as well as able to take direction within a team.
- Must have great time management skills and be able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Be willing to learn about and assist the team in adhering to skincare advertising regulations.
- A high level of accountability and ownership of work in a self-starting environment.
- A good sense of humour and a pet-friendly person. Our team often bring their furry friends in to assist.
