The Role
We are looking for an experiencedMarketing Coordinatorto support the Senior Marketing Manager with implementing all marketing and communication activities for Ralph Lauren Oceania.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of marketing activities
- Ownership and daily updates to marketing calendar
- Daily invoicing and budget tracking
- Media briefing
- Seasonal image management (duratrans)
- Manage and report editorial figures monthly, quarterly and annually
- Oversee monthly credit reports – distribution and report out on number of impressions of editorial coverage
- Support (as required) on events
- Ownership in ensuring Press Showroom is maintained and organized in line with brand standards, including directing the Receptionist (for Marketing responsibilities) and Events Assistant
- Management of showroom and inventory management processes
- Management of loans and follow up process, with support of Events Assistant
- Management of seasonal press showings & manage editorial/samples requests for all categories of business
- Manage seasonal and other tactical brand messages (e.g. sale) via eDM and Digital
- Partner with CIEM team to generate customer lists/target groups for email retail events, in-store events and use insights for future activity
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Dynamic, resourceful team player
- Strong attention to detail and end-to-end management of projects
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated, hard working
- Degree holder in Communications/Public Relations/Journalism/Marketing or equivalent
- Understanding of the consumer goods industry, with luxury experience a bonus
- Excellent and efficient writing and oral communication skills in English
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
