About the Role:
As our Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager to implement the strategic marketing plan with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
Your expertise, combined with your passion for excellence, will drive innovation, growth, and success.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Digital Marketing – Manage all digital marketing activities within the business including the Clubs’ website, social media, email, sms and the Clubs’ app.
- Print Marketing – Organise the design and production of all printed materials in line with the strategic marketing plan of the Club including brochures and menus, liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
- Venue Signage – Develop and update all promotional and informational signage throughout the Club including digital screens, posters, Rewards Kiosk and visual displays such as Christmas.
- Advertising – Liaise with external suppliers on paid advertising including but not limited to social media, Google and newspaper.
- Reporting – Assist with reporting of marketing activities to track success and identify areas of improvement.
Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 year experience in a similar role
- Experience with social media and content creation
- Exceptional attention to detail and copywriting skills
- Organised, proactive and strong in campaign planning
- Must be creative and able to contribute ideas and initiatives
- Willing and able to attend large internal events, such as home games or community events, on occasion
Desirable but not essential:
- Data analysis
- Experience in Clubs or Hospitality
- Experience with programs such as Wordpress, Mailchimp, RedeemX or similar
- Experience with photoshop, photography, video editing or graphic design are all a plus - support available including graphic designers
