Easygo is a well-established tech startup, we pride ourselves on being early adopters, progressive in our approach and adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape. Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks. The products we build are used by millions of people around the world and you’ll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.
The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 150+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.
What you will do:
We are actively preparing to launch our Sportsbook and Casino platform into the German Market. As a result we are looking for a German speaking CRM Coordinator to join our team.
You will take ownership of the German market and will play a key role in the launch as you will implement strategies and communication to maximise growth and retain players.

You have a great eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset which enables you to enhance the experience of our players through top-line, forward-thinking communication.
Working in a collaborative environment is where you thrive as you will partner with multiple stakeholders across the business to support real-time decision making in order to boost our player experience and revenue opportunities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate all German based communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle
Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability including creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy in the German market
Collaborate with the wider content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when
Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the German market
Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base
Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
Requirements
You’re perfect for this role if you:
Are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Have retention marketing knowledge
Are a passionate team player with the ability to work with stakeholders across departments
Have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
Are detail-oriented and well organized. You know how to prioritize, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
Can manage complexity and workload in order to progress with several tasks at a time.
It would be a bonus if you are also (desirable):
Familiar with EDM & other CRM marketing tools
Have Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
Are Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
Australian work rights are preferred.
