Company Overview:
Halo Civil Engineering is a West Australian-owned and operated civil construction company renowned for its flexible and innovated approach to delivering multidiscipline and complex infrastructure projects across various high compliance disciplines across Perth, Remote and Regional.
As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive our marketing efforts.
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, services, and projects. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills. In addition to marketing, this role will initially provide cross-functional support to other departments, with various administrative duties required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
  • Assist in the organisation and execution of events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing solutions.
  • Support cross functional teams with administrative duties and tasks as required, such as tendering, HSE, and recruitment.

Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
