Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a great entry-level marketing position, perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute engaging social media content across various platforms.
- Manage paid social campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and edit video content to promote our services and patient success stories.
Patient Relationship Management (PRM)
- Work closely with our operations manager to manage our PRM system.
- Implement remarketing strategies to enhance patient retention and engagement.
Local Area Marketing Initiatives
- Plan and execute local area marketing campaigns to drive new patient growth.
- Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Reviews and NPS Feedback:
- Develop strategies to increase customer reviews and Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback.
- Engage with patients to gather valuable feedback and improve service quality.
Referral Network Building:
- Strengthen relationships with General Dentists to build a robust referral network.
- Coordinate referral marketing efforts to attract new patients through professional recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Basic skills in video creation and editing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about building brands and engaging with communities.
