The role:
The Marketing Co-Ordinator role is a new position within the newly established McIntosh CE company. The role is responsible for all marketing related activities for the Case Construction brand in Australia.
With support from marketing agencies, the global Case Construction brand team and the McIntosh Group marketing manager, the role will include collaborating with the general manager and team members to coordinate and implement initiatives for the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate advertisement bookings across numerous media, print, radio, digital and TV
- Maintain brand management and engagement and create content for social media
- Drive customer testimonials and produce editorial content
- Engage with dealer group to drive content and promotional programs
- Maintain, review, refresh content for dealer group to use
- In consultation with the sales team, produce brochures, flyers, sponsorship material, dealership displays
- Coordinate merchandise and display designs and purchases
- Manage dealer communications from sales, service, warranty, and parts departments
- Maintenance of dealer contacts for dealer communications
- Creation and maintenance of company forms and documents
- Assist with the organisations key events throughout the year including field days, customer famils and training days;
- Assist with travel co-ordination
- Research and book event spaces
- Research and book relevant expos
- Coordinate materials required for each event
- Keep up to date with trends, customer behaviours and competitor analysis – and be able to produce reports and statistics on coverage of engagement
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated experience with Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google
- Demonstrated experience in digital campaign management from briefing to implementation
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Photography and videography experience and/or interest
- Understanding of website advertising, maintenance and SEO
- Copywriting knowledge with a strong emphasis on detail
- Confidence to work autonomously with a professional, pro-active and approachable attitude
- Current drivers license
- Current working rights
Desirable:
- Formal qualification would be highly regarded, Communications, Marketing or other relevant fields
- Event co-ordination experience
