Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a talent for Photography and Videography to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves food, coffee, storytelling, and creating visually compelling content. You will be responsible for capturing the essence of our brand, from the crafting of our food& beverage to the serene atmosphere of our cafes, and translating it into engaging marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight our coffee, food & beverage menu, our cafes, and community
• Photograph, film and edit engaging photos and Videos for use across various marketing channels, including social media, our website, and promotional materials
• Social Media management. Manage, craft, respond to customer inquiries and feedback, schedule engaging content for the corporate social accounts
• Collaborate & communicate directly with our from conception to completion
• Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement metrics, making data-driven recommendations for content improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies in photography, videography, and marketing to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, with a passion for the coffee, food & beverage, hospitality industry
• Demonstrable experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio in Photography and Videography.
• Proficient in using photo and Video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with coffee or food is a plus.
