About your new Role
In this role you will report into our Head of Product and Marketing within the CUPRA brand and be based in our Zetland office.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead and deliver an over-arching brand and model communications strategy gaining alignment and buy-in from key internal stakeholders
- Lead the retail marketing communications strategy in conjunction with the relevant product & sales teams
- Work closely with local and international stakeholders to develop and maintain digital communications, e-commerce and the customer journey
- Gain an understanding of consumer automotive trends and needs by closely monitoring market and communications developments
- Work closely with agency partners and suppliers to drive distinctive and effective campaigns
- Lead and develop the brand CRM strategy
- Overall responsibility for social media activity and direction, fostering an engaged and active community across multiple platforms
About youTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage key projects and work autonomously
- Strong understanding of media and channel planning principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills - verbal and written
- Strong influencing, leadership and negotiation skills
- A drive for process improvement and forward thinking
- Strong understanding of the Australian automotive market and industry or proven background in leading successful retail campaigns preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of emerging digital trends
- Data driven and analytical ability
