About the Job
We require an experienced Marketing Manager to take our business to the next level, with a focus on digital marketing and strategic implementation. This is a hands-on role for a versatile marketer with a wide range of expertise in all aspects of marketing.
Working closely with the Directors, this role will review the Avanti Group’s brand position and build a digital marketing strategy to identify areas for improvement, ultimately working through the key deliverables to help the business continue to achieve success.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role, with strong experience in digital marketing and lead generation preferred.
- Hands-on marketer who can produce and implement strategy utilising in-house production.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for the Avanti Group and its four business units.
- A firm grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing tools with excellent creative and execution abilities.
- Experience collaborating effectively with individual stakeholders to execute Group marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Ability to film/shoot short social media-style adverts, vlogs, or content to help bolster other marketing channels.
- Familiar with automation technology and producing automated response content to ensure efficient communications with clients and business partners.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficient in the use of digital email technology (EDMs) and content production.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience working both autonomously and in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.
- Proven flexibility with the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous experience in real estate or project marketing, working in an agile environment will be an advantage.
- Aptitude for advising and influencing key Stakeholders on new technologies and strategies to improve the businesses and operations.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply innovative technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Directors of each business unit to strategise and plan marketing campaigns using all forms of media to generate leads for the business.
- Develop comprehensive strategic brand and marketing plans that align with business objectives and capitalise on market opportunities within multiple market segments and channels.
- Produce content for proposals and submissions, including provision of research, articulating the client brief and using data and examples to support our expertise.
- Manage all digital marketing initiatives including automation, content creation, database management, emails and website.
- Utilise data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise impact.
- Take charge of content production and distribution across all digital platforms, optimising for SEO/SEM and engagement.
- Generate regular reports to track and analyse all marketing activities, including campaign performance, website traffic and social media engagement.
- Manage and optimise the company website, including content updates, SEO optimisation, organic content updates, and user experience improvements.
- Manage the design and execution of social media advertising campaigns, to enhance brand awareness.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Working with the Director of Project Marketing, develop and implement project marketing campaigns – creating brand identity, developing campaign scope, advertising & PR strategy, digital marketing campaign, briefing advertising and creative agencies, liaising with key suppliers in the production of marketing collateral.
- Prepare market research material to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyse CRM data and produce reports, briefs and research material.
