equ, WA’s leading digital consultancy, is seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be entrusted with developing and overseeing the overall marketing strategy of equ. This position requires someone with vision, who can blend various marketing approaches to amplify our value proposition and extend our brand's reach to key target audiences. You'll work closely with our sales team, led by our Chief Growth Officer, to ensure seamless marketing and sales alignment, leveraging our in-house digital capabilities for effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning with our company vision, growth strategy and business goals.
- Drive thought leadership and content initiatives, via our own and external earned and paid channels, to affirm our status as industry leaders and a preferred workplace.
- Facilitate our agency's engagement in the digital industry through educational sessions, event sponsorships, and community involvement.
- Direct PR efforts to achieve desired earned media recognition.
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams, and external resources, to implement and execute marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to complement our team in the execution of marketing activities.
- Analyse and report on the success of marketing campaigns against agreed KPI’s, adjusting strategies as required.
About You:
- Proven experience in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing decisions.
- Expertise in maximising business ROI on marketing spend.
- A solid track record in delivering brand and performance campaigns, thought leadership, content marketing, and PR.
- Skilled at fostering collaborative relationships with sales teams to align marketing and sales goals.
- Skilled at building relationships with key stakeholders including media, creative resources etc.
- Experience in B2B marketing and brand development.
- Exceptional ability to manage external vendor and internal stakeholder relationships to support marketing execution.
- Proven capabilities in developing and driving brand awareness.
- Genuine interest in all things digital and emerging tech.
- Experience in working with marketing, digital or technology consultancies is preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
