About the role

Lead our marketing team across internal and external communications along with community engagement to drive positioning of MercyCare within the marketplace and community. In developing strong collaborative and effective partnerships with our leaders this position will shape communications support and strategic direction.

About you

You’ll bring energy and enthusiasm with a strong focus on engaging leaders with the ability to have influencing discussions across all levels of the organisation. With a strategic mindset, you’ll be skilled in the application of key initiatives. Your key skill set will include:

• Depth of experience in strategic brand development
• Significant experience in marketing, , communications & community relations
• Proven ability to establish and implement strategic marketing, communication and community relations plans in a competitive service market place
• Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Highly developed public and media relations skills
