Marketing Manager - Shopping Centre

Work with an Exciting Property Group on a Top Shopping Centre Asset! Based in Melbourne's Inner-South East!

The Opportunity
Work with an exciting and top-tier property group on a Shopping Centre asset based in the South East. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Shopping Centre Marketing Executive or Manager to step into a leadership position and work with a fantastic team at an exciting Shopping Centre.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement marketing strategy
• Campaign Strategy & Execution - Develop and lead the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and activations
• Relationship Management - Nurture and grow retailer relations
• Marketing Budget - Manage the centre marketing budget
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Manage and mentor junior staff where applicable
• Compliance to Standards
• Customer Service

The Ideal Candidate

• Shopping Centre Marketing experience essential
• Experience across Shopping Centre marketing strategy and execution
• Experience in executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding and experience in digital marketing platforms including CMS and CRM platforms
