The Role:
This is a fast-paced role that will see you join a the team as the “go-to” person, this role will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organisational skills. On a daily basis, your duties will include
- Accurate diary management
- Preparation of market proposals & pre listings kits
- All management and placement of advertising and marketing material
- Manage, signboards, brochures, and floor plans
- Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and buyers
- Auction day preparation
- Distribute communication to clients on behalf of the sales team
- Regular meetings and training sessions
- Ad hoc tasks
The Candidate:
- Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
- Strong administration skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Own Car & Driver’s license
- Manage a steady volume workload
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
