Join the North Sydney team as our Marketing & Office Assistant. Your responsibilities will include managing day to day office support, consulting with clients on marketing support to tailor solutions, and providing customer service for a diverse range of clientele.
As the Marketing & Office Assistant is a diverse role where you will work with clients to create tailored support packages with your skillsets, in addition you will be responsible for keeping the office in tip top shape including managing daily meeting rooms and kitchen maintenance. You will work as a part of small team who are dedicated to providing a 5 star service.
This is an entry level position where you will be able to implement your knowledge, expertise and have the chance to develop your skills in the corporate world.

Salary & Experience:

- Degree, certificate, or experience in Marketing essential.
- Experience using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)

The role:
- Manage daily meeting room facilities and bookings.
- Actively approach clients to pitch your marketing services, booking consultations and creating proposals tailored to individual businesses.
- Greet clients and provide support on reception as required.
- Play a vital role in the day to day running of a premium office.
- Work along side your colleagues to identify and implement customer service initiatives and improve client telephone handling.
- Proactive approach with monthly client check-in calls
- Enter client charges based on services provided.
- Working hours 8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.
