About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic junior Marketing Office Assistant to join our close knit team.
We look to invest in people who have a burning desire for something more than just a ‘job’ and who have the right attitude.
Responsibilities
The role will be as varied as:
- Coordinating and updating website content and blog
- Coordinating and input of copywriting for industry publications
- Executing all marketing activities according to the marketing calendar and marketing strategy - Email campaigns, Social; LinkedIn and Facebook, Tradefair marketing collateral and Monthly newsletters
- Providing input into marketing plan where applicable
- Supporting Business Development Manager with planning and execution of trade fairs and events.
- Graphic design input of email campaigns, trade fair collateral and other physical and digital assets
- General office duties
- Writing office policies, liaising with the landlord and other suppliers
- Clearing mail, general shopping, managing consumable orders
- Personal Assistant to the General Manager on an ad hoc basis
- Managing company Facebook and LinkedIn pages
- Content editing i.e. video tutorials, white papers,
- Supporting BDM to analyse data and create reports on key metrics to enable monitoring of campaign efficiency and analysis of trends
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Basic graphic Design skills preferred in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Email marketing campaign creation, execution and measuring
- Ability to work semi-autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and the digital landscape
