MARKETING OFFICER
IWC is seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to implement IWC’s marketing strategy in a part-time up to full-time capacity. This role will position IWC’s Brand effectively within the community through advertising, content, communications, media, websites, digital marketing and community events.

IWC is an Aboriginal community-controlled and multi-accredited health and wellbeing organisation that delivers inclusive services to Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Bundaberg and the Wide Bay Burnett.

DUTIES:
- Build and manage key stakeholder relationships in the community aligned with IWC business priorities.
- Manage our brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value propositions.
- Design and manage promotional collateral in consultation with organisational requirements.
- Plan and coordinate key events in the community in consultation with Executive and program managers.
- Conduct market research on current trends, market opportunities and consumer behaviours.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- The Marketing Officer must have at least 3 years of marketing or brand management experience is preferable.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration/Marketing/Communications or related field desirable.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- A current driver's licence is essential or ability to obtain.
- A First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.
- A Blue Card (Working with Children Card QLD)* or ability to obtain.
- A Federal Police Check or ability to obtain.
* No Card, No Start legislation means that the successful applicant will need to hold a valid blue card before they start work. IWC will cover the cost of this application for the successful candidate.
SALARY PACKAGE:
Your Salary Package is made up of the following: -
- Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,990 per annum – adding approximately $4,000 to your take-home pay (available after completion of probation).
- Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum (available after completion of probation).
- 9-Day Fortnight (for full-time staff).
- Superannuation valued at 10.5%.
- Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%
