Marketing Technology Manager

u&u are partnering with a leading professional services organisation with a national presence, who are seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Manager to lead a small team (three staff) in driving the businesses martech functions and strategy and drive improved marketing data and analytics.

You will:

• Drive ongoing enhancement of the organisation's Marketing Technology stack to align with business goals, overseeing CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, webinar tech, and integrations;
• Configure and ensure daily use of marketing tech to support campaigns, business development, prospecting and client experiences and promote organisation-wide use of marketing technologies, fostering relationships at all levels for adoption and ongoing support;
• Cultivate relationships with internal IT teams and external vendors, overseeing contracts and statements of work with agencies;
• Oversee technology implementations and improvements, including building business cases, assessing ROI, leading teams, and ensuring alignment with objectives, deadlines, and budgets; and
• Own and improve marketing data infrastructure, collaborating closely with IT to develop and evolve data integrations, while maintaining data integrity for effective use in growth activities, reporting, analytics, and penalisation and segmentation.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

• Strong experience managing a Marketing Technology function and staff in a B2B marketing team;
• Strong skills and experience managing marketing tech platforms and collaborating with tech teams to support, maintain and optimise these platforms;
• Strong prior experience working directly in-house within professional services here in Australia;
• Excellent skills designing and optimising data integrations and business processes;
• Exceptional ability to analyse marketing trends and data and devising strategies to best utilise this data via marketing campaigns and strategies; and
• Prior working experience with Marketo is highly desirable.
