As a Personal Assistant (PA) in the Technology Team you will be responsible for providing a range of support services that facilitate the effective planning of senior leadership and management duties, and where identified, general support across the teams. You will also ensure a smooth, reliable and efficient environment for a wide range of day to day, specific and more general administrative functions including planning, organising and maintaining daily activities and tasks.

What you'll be doing:
Managing Outlook by reviewing all items & meeting requests in a timely manner & actioning, delegating, marking for follow up, filing or drawing attention to urgent/ business critical items.
Dealing promptly and comprehensively with all enquiries and correspondence, prioritising where necessary, referring as appropriate and personally dealing with them where this is possible.
Enabling an efficient and safe workplace through integration with workplace and property, including assisting with seating arrangements, safety walks and communicating policies and practices.
Co-ordinating logistics of meetings and functions ranging from team meetings to conferences, road-shows and presentations (both on and off-site location), including venues and planning, on behalf of the Technology Leadership Team.
Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environment Systems adhered to while meeting the organisations policies and standards for HSE Management
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in a similar position, with a passion to grow and experience working with Technology leaders will be highly regarded.
Confident at liaising with people from all levels of the business, including a high level of business acumen and confidentiality.
Ability to display a high degree of empathy and be adaptable to deal with changing priorities and ambiguity.
Demonstrated intermediate MS office skills a minimum of (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - essential) and comfortable with learning new programs, systems or ideas.
Ability to work autonomously and also be friendly and approachable, with a desire to collaborate and bring people together.
