We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. A team player who is able to work independently with a focus on improving business outcomes is what we need.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is within a highly rewarding and fast-growing area of therapy and is a balance between Sales and high-end Clinical Support includes a range of key responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives in alignment with company vision and values.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the reach and impact of our services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and secure new business to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of Business Development strategies and initiatives.
- Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the field.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to measure the effectiveness of Business Development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A relevant science or engineering tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in regulated environment, ideally within pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or related roles. Strong business-to-business (B2B) sales background.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to connect with clients and stakeholders from varied fields by distilling technical information into everyday language
- Sales experience in overseas market would be highly advantageous
