A full-time position is available for the right candidate to take on a leadership role as a Medical Practice Manager for our well established Medical Practice located in Doncaster.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks of the Medical Practice.
- Develop and implement effective practice policies and procedures as per Australian guidelines.
- Promoting clinic services via website and social media, provide additional opportunities to connect and share news about our practice with potential and current patients. Proactively looking for opportunities to increase patient engagement.
- Manage financial aspects, including payroll, budgeting and billing processes.
- Lead and support a team of medical nursing professionals and administrative staff. Lead the administrative team in coordination with the Managing Director and existing Practice Coordinator.
- Organizing roster, allocating human resources, space and appropriate on-site medical equipment for doctors and nurses.
- Controlling selection, training, supervision, and monthly performance of staffs. Support workforce planning and recruitment.
- Maintain reasonable supply of medical stocks and office stocks
- Liaising regularly with 3rd parties requests and provides effective solutions. Monitor the clinic setting to ensure it is abiding by all OH&S compliance codes relating to the clinic setting. Involvement in all document preparations leading to, during, and post accreditation process.
- Coordinating and administering health programs and clinical services.
- Handling feedback complaints from the patients.
- Drive process improvements to enhance overall practice efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Practice Manager
- Familiarity with Best Practices Software preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of Medical Practice operations.
- Bilingual (Mandarin and English preferred)
