Medical Reception

Move for Life Physio and Health Hub has been an elite provider of physiotherapy and health care to the Mentone/Parkdale area for over 15 years. It is the new and exciting rebrand of what was SSPC Parkdale, with the same team, doing the same great work for the local community.

Move for Life Physio and Health Hub is looking for a permanent part time Medical Receptionist for roughly 10-15 hours per week in Mentone involving evening work until 730pm. Currently the available shifts are Monday and Tuesday 230-730pm. For immediate start as we are replacing a staff member who is retiring. 

We are looking for a receptionist with a great work ethic who enjoys working as a part of a larger team, and has a passion for customer service, can show initiative in customer service excellence and be able to improve systems and procedures as well as taking on relief front end management. Good business sense and knowledge is critical to this. 

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an aptitude for customer service, have good computer skills and empathy dealing with patients in the health sector. Experience in Medical Reception work is preferred and will be viewed favorably but is not a pre-requisite for this position.
